The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and update the BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models (Wall Setting Out/ Concrete Body Plan/ Combined Services Drawing)
• Assist Coordinators for BIM coordination and ICE meeting
• Develop construction Models for quantification and 4D simulation
• Identify the issues during the design and construction stage
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
• At least 2 Years of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
• Well versed in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage/ Solibri, Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in local construction industry
