The Job
We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Superhost with a proven track record of managing successful short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hosting experience, consistently high guest ratings, and the ability to manage operations, guest communication, and property presentation at a professional level.
You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing occupancy and revenue through smart hosting practices, marketing, and operational excellence.
This role is employed by Lion Group and assigned full time to Keey
Manage all aspects of Airbnb property hosting, from guest inquiries to post-stay reviews
- Maintain Superhost status through excellent guest satisfaction and consistent performance
- Oversee booking management, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimization
- Coordinate property cleaning, maintenance, and staging to ensure top guest experience
- Handle guest communications with professionalism and timeliness
- Implement creative strategies to boost property visibility and ranking on Airbnb
- Provide monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and improvements
Ideal Candidate
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Airbnb Superhost (with verified Superhost status preferred)
- Strong track record of 5-star guest reviews and high occupancy rates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with property management tools, pricing strategies, and guest communication platforms
- Ability to coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and local service providers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
