The Job

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Responsible for invoicing-related work. Ensure prompt to perform billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timelines in an accurate manner.
  • Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers on time.
  • Preparation of sales report.
  • Responsible for handling financial accounting (Month end closing summary report, Monthly GM report, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports for the division).
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Assist in finance documents presentation (PowerPoint).
  • Liaise with accounts on finance matters.
  • Liaise with external vendors for billing-related issues.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and procedures.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have a Diploma in Accountancy.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in billing-related functions.
  • You have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is an added advantage.
  • You are able to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage billing independently.
  • You are meticulous and good at problem-solving.
  • You are good at using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.
  • You are able to ensure finance tasks are completed on schedule.
  • You are able to cope with stress during busy financial periods.
