We are hiring for a client which is a security agency specializing in security and traffic control management, with a pool of authorised security officers. They provide security guard services & traffic marshal officers (ASOs) deployment for events, roadworks, adhocs, condos etc.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Invoicing clients based on manhours used
• Maintenance of statement of accounts, monthly balance sheets, AR, aging reports etc
• Liaising with customers on invoice payments
• Entering of officer manhours to management system
• Calculation and payout of salary, including CPF, using management system
• Payslip generation
• Claims processing
• Other adhoc tasks

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Experience in accounting
• Experience in handling GST
• Familiar with Singapore employment act a plus
• Good with numbers and excel sheet
