The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the maintenance of the AP, AR and GL transactions in the accounting system promptly and accurately.
• Handling daily operations for incomings funds, generate payments for operating expenses and updating entries into the financial system.
• Performing daily reconciliation balances and collate information for reporting to management.
• Monitoring outstanding AR and manage debt recovery process.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
• You have Diploma in Accountancy/Finance, LCCI or equivalent.
• You have at least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Trading Company.
• Fresh graduate with good attitude, drive and willingness to learn can also apply.
• You have pro-active and with good communication skills.
• You are able to work independently.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills.
• You are highly meticulous with an eye for details.
• You have strong MS Excel skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
