The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Assist in monthly closing of AP/ AR
• Raise tax invoice and credit notes
• Full set of accounts
• Monitor and follow up on long overdue debts with relevant parties
• Assist to entering receipt into system
• Prepare Aging Report
• In charge of petty cash
• Any other ad-hoc administrative work

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Accounting knowledge and/or experience
• Must be computer-literate and proficient in MS Office and preferably have hands-on experience with accounting software
• Responsible, meticulous and independent
• Accuracy and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Tech savvy
