The Job
- The Account Manager role is a Junior Executive position (2 years of experience in Account Management preferably in Agency/ Influencer Marketing) with a focus on planning, strategising and managing client accounts.
- You will develop the accounts by analysing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing.
- In times of crisis, you will be able to manage and resolve problems in a snap.
- Part of the role focuses on forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Lastly, you will build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate should be friendly, goal-oriented and driven.
- You should have the know-how in the social media environment and be tech savvy.
