The Job
- Location: Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote (SpeakIn Asia Pte Ltd – LEVEL 20 NTUC CENTER, Singapore 018989)
- Compensation: SGD 5,500 per month (inclusive of CPF)
- Travel: Periodic / Requirement-based
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth execution, strategic alignment, and exceptional service delivery.
In addition to client and account management, the role will involve coordination of project timelines, stakeholder management, and light administrative support to streamline internal processes and reporting.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure client retention, project success, and operational excellence.
- Taking ownership of project lifecycles - planning, execution, and delivery - across multiple geographies.
- Adopting a client-first approach with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Supporting minor administrative tasks related to scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a project coordinator - overseeing timelines, deliverables, and inter-team communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by aligning solutions with their evolving business needs.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, delivery, and content to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, track project progress, and prepare insightful reports for leadership.
- Handle minor administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to support seamless execution.
- Represent SpeakIn as a brand ambassador in client conversations and external forums.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Account Management, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or hyper-growth startups.
- Proven experience in client servicing with a strong track record in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Global exposure in managing accounts or projects across geographies.
- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic project management tools.
- Resilient, entrepreneurial, and proactive in driving outcomes independently.
