The Job

In this role, you will be managing a diverse team of Artists, Game Designers, Programmers and external vendors to ensure development of new game features is on track and deadlines are being met.

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining project vision and aligning directions of a cross-functional team
  • Collecting estimates from Design, Art, Programming and QA Leads to generate project schedules and set release dates
  • Foreseeing potential issues or risks to mitigate and alleviate dependencies that block development
  • Reviewing schedules with Management and Team Leads, defining what is expected in each milestone/sprint and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Reporting regularly on game’s performance and making recommendations and adjustments
  • Leading the communication and reporting to Management, HQ or Offshore on project schedule and performance

 

The Profile

  • You have at least a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • You have a minimum of 8 years experience, with prior experience working on live mobile applications
  • You have demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • You are able to identify, understand and articulate market and customer requirements
  • You have strong analytical skills and are driven by metrics
  • You have outstanding communication skills with ability to work with and establish relationships with other departments
  • You have the leadership skills to lead a team of 20 or more staff
  • You are able to adapt quickly and implement changes accordingly
  • You are able to work under tight deadlines.
