SmileTutor Pte Ltd – Business Development Intern

SmileTutor is an established company that matches 50,000 home tutors to students all over Singapore and is currently the leading home-tuition provider in Singapore. The learning experience will enrich you on all facets of business, particular how the ground operations work in a fast-paced service business. You will be exposed to working life in an SME/Modern Start-up environment, working in a team setting, to gain valuable skills in business development and administration.

SmileTutor is looking for business development interns to be part of the operations team in various aspects such as customer service, administration and sales. 

The training activities/job scope involves the following: 

- Delivering excelent customer service and experience 

- Auditing Operation flow (discussion, department meeting and brain-storming session)

 - Prospecting customers 

- Following up on sales leads 

- Coordinating with team members 

- Performing administrative work 

The job will require the following 

– Excellent communication skills 

- Basic computer/administrative skill (word, excel, google docs) 

– Good team player 

– Willing to learn and adapt
