·If you are accounts trained and yet enjoy meeting customers. Here’s your ideal job.
·Perform accounting, book keeping and company valuation research analysis.
·Execute weekly bank statement, invoice and receipt reconciliation.
·Generate customer quotation, invoice and receipts.
·Update and maintain customer profile in CRM software and drop box backup.
·Knowledge of photoshop, social media, e-commerce and internet savvy.
·Onboard 5 customers per week. Handhold customers in product training.
·Address customer enquiry on product function and feature questions.
·Impeccable attention to detail.
·Orientation. 2 weeks of product, internet marketing and onboard process training will be provided.
· Assistant to company director.
