Smart Reno is a Singapore-based interior design and renovation company providing end-to-end renovation solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

We work closely with homeowners, designers, contractors, suppliers and other industry partners to bring projects from initial concept and space planning through to renovation and final handover. Our projects give interns exposure to the practical side of the interior design industry, including design development, client communication, site coordination, project management and marketing.

We are a growing team that values initiative, creativity and hands-on learning. Interns are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of their work and gain real-world experience beyond typical administrative internship duties.

Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to help grow our brand and digital presence within Singapore’s interior design and renovation industry.

You will work on real marketing initiatives and have the opportunity to contribute ideas, create content and understand how marketing supports lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8 and Xiaohongshu
• Develop content ideas around interior design, renovation, lifestyle and current trends
• Assist with short-form video creation, filming and editing
• Create graphics, social media posts and other marketing materials
• Write captions, marketing copy and content for different digital platforms
• Assist with managing the company’s social media accounts and content calendar
• Research interior design trends, competitors and social media trends
• Support digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns
• Assist with website content and other digital marketing initiatives
• Track content and campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Visit renovation sites or completed projects to capture photo and video content when required
• Brainstorm new campaigns and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe software or similar creative tools is an advantage
• Comfortable with photography, videography or video editing is a plus
• Creative and able to generate new content ideas independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn, experiment and take ownership of projects
