Smart Home Solutions – Content Creation & eCommerce Intern

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging content for strategies that align with our brand identity, resonate with our target audience, and drive positive engagement.
• Assist in managing our social media presence across multiple platforms
• Create and schedule posts/videos, curate content, and engage with our online community to foster meaningful connections and build brand loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' content strategies. Conduct research to gather information and insights to enhance the quality and relevance of our content. Assist in curating external content to supplement our own materials and provide added value to our audience.
• Support in optimizing content for search engine optimization (SEO) by conducting keyword research, incorporating relevant keywords into content, and improving overall website visibility. Help ensure that our content follows best practices and is user-friendly across different devices.

E-commerce:

• Assist in managing our e-commerce platforms, such as our online store, marketplace accounts, or third-party platforms. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize product descriptions, pricing, and imagery to maximize conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Requirements:

• A passion for content creation, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to captivate and engage audiences.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8. 
• E-commerce experience, with a strong understanding of platforms like TikTok Shop and Lazada, will be a significant advantage.
• Comfortable being on screen and presenting in front of a camera. Your charisma and confidence will help us build an authentic connection with our audience.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a knack for storytelling that will make our smart home products come alive.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
