The role of a Marketing Manager/Head is to lead the marketing team in all marketing activities from social media and digital marketing to advertising and creative projects, ensuring that the company consistently builds upon its brand image. The Marketing Manager/Head should be a well-rounded individual who is results-oriented, has hands on experience with web analytics, has a clear vision and has strong leadership skills to lead the team in spearheading projects.

MAIN FUNCTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)

Management
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams
- Lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Strategize and Analyze
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Qualifications/ Job Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal
- Excellent budgeting, sales and presentation skills
- Is responsible and receptive to feedback
- Possess strong management, and organizational skills
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and web analytics tools
- Experience with CRM software
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Is flexible and able to stay creative while working under pressure
