Job Description


  • Maintaining the Company's employees database.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination for recruitment activities.
  • Manage job advertisements on all online job portals and social network for hiring purposes, shortlisting of candidates and arranging for interviews.
  • Payroll (basic,commission,bonus,allowance) processing for company staff headcount, including CPF submission
  • Responsible for staff evaluation.
  • Staff weekly work shift arranging.
  • To update and keep records of staff attendance, staff leave and staff training.
  • Application, issuance and cancellation of all work passes.
  • Generate monthly HR reports
  • Administer and submit claims e.g body check-up fee, leave application, levy waiver.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Positive attitude, consultative approach and independent.
  • 100% execution-minded, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Command in computer skills is a must.
  • Must be well-versed in MOM Employment Act, Labour Law
  • Action oriented with sense of urgency and energy.
  • Able to take initiative.
