- Manage the day-to-day operations of SLM it!
-Drive store KPIs including sales and profitability, store operations standard, shrinkage and cost control, customer service excellence and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
-Monitor the stock inventory, in-store visual merchandising and marketing promotion display to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
-Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
-Identify customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships
-Singapore for on-site project work
