Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting in different stage of events management.
• Assist in proposals, research and presentations.
• Pre-event planning and coordinating
• Vendor management and resources allocation for events
• Onsite facilitation, execution and operations
• Involved in setup of physical event, virtual event and hybrid event.

Learning Outcomes and Objectives

• Hands-on experience in events industry.
• Exposure to different aspects that contribute to organising a successful event.
• Learn different aspects to of traditional physical (onsite) events, as well as post-modern hybrid / virtual events.
• Get a view of “behind the scenes “ when delivering an event.
