Job Description

Internship Learning Journey:

1. Policy and Process review

a. Review and update selected policies and process

b. Learn to consider the implications and consequences of HR policies

c. Initiate and deploy communications on policy changes


2. HR Operations Excellence

a. Study and conduct gap analysis on current operational practices

b. Propose and develop AOI (Areas Of Improvement) plans

c. Implement and trial AOI plans

d. Identify and enhance the employee experience


3. On-boarding Experience Project

a. Collaborate with cross functional teams to review and revamp current onboarding practices

b. Partake in improved On-boarding version 2.0 implementation

c. Analyse feedback and propose future improvements


4. HR Analytics

a. Study HR reports and their purposes

b. Translate reports into infographics, adding clarity and more meaning in presentations

c. Support HR Leaders to conduct a SWOT Analysis on HR performance matrix

d. Identify opportunities to improve and challenges to overcome


5. Employee Relations & Business Partnering

a. Cross-functional collaboration to review and identify opportunities in Labour and Ethics audit matrix

b. Partake in grievance and feedback management

c. Support HR & Business partnerships across issues

d. Upscale employee engagement opportunities and synergise communications channels


6. Centre of Expertise (COE) exposure

a. Compensation & Benefits – What Total Rewards mean and its philosophy.

b. Talent Management – The importance of an employee’s Professional, Technical & Self Development

c. HRIS – Systems integration, Analytics & Data integrity

d. Talent Acquisition – Beyond just recruitment
