Job Description
Internship Job Scope (HR & Recruitment Focus)
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and platforms
- Help maintain recruitment records and databases in an organized manner
- Support in shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules with managers
- Learn and assist in sourcing candidates through different channels (e.g., job boards, referrals, social media)
- Shadow and support in onboarding and training new hires
Requirement
- Candidate must posses a Full-time or on-going Diploma / A-level / degree in any field.
