• Ensure service offered is always of the highest quality, make the customer feel welcome • Be able to take food orders, serve according to TANYU SOPs • Handling and care of Walkie-Talkie, POS & PDA • Prepare sauces and condiments • Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready • Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the stations • Prepare and turnover tables for next customer • Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries efficiently • Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace • Any other duties assigned by Outlet Manager
