Skylift was established in 1977 with a focus on airfreight consolidation services. What started out as a 5-staff operations is currently operating with a staff strength of 80, meeting the supply chain needs of customers, by providing global inbound/outbound freight services, and in recent years, added warehouse distribution and inventory management in the stream of services offered.
Our full spectrum of freight forwarding and logistics services, can be specially catered to meet specific needs and requirements. These services and solutions encompass both air & ocean freight forwarding, 3PL solutions, cross-trade management, project cargo planning and execution, air & ocean charters, Hazardous goods management, aircraft-on-ground shipment execution, ship-spares handling and others. With our extensive network of agents and global experience, you can be rest assured that your freight forwarding and logistics needs will be well taken care of, thus enabling you to concentrate on your core business activity.
- Inbound management which includes: cycle counting, quality checking, receiving & put away
- Actively involved in inbound special project (pre-pack)
- Outbound management which includes: picking, packing, sorting, manifest, & e2e outbound management
- Stock management which includes: replenishment, inventory control, rearrangement, cycle count, inventory consolidation
- Troubleshooting any inbound/outbound discrepancies & coordinate with any WH return)
- Picking, packing and scanning of outbound stock as per picking order, update record as per Company procedure
- Receiving, verifying and scanning inbound stock as per purchase order, update record as per Company procedure
- Pre-inspect stock or packing condition prior to offloading/ outbound
- Perform system update
- Put-away
- Assist with shifting and stacking of physical shipments
- Check stock for shelf life/ expiry date
- Labelling of labels on products
- Preparation of documents
- Stock take, cycle count and manage inventory
- Perform other logistic/warehouse operation as assign by superior
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Secondary School/"N" Level/ Higher academic in any field
- Good in English
- Computer literate
- Minimum 1 year in logistic line
- Attributes: Sincere, courteous personality and willing to learn attitude. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
Other Information
- +$10 allowance per day, +$20 allowance per night worked.
- +$100 Transport Allowance. *Assuming perfect attendance for all working days throughout the month.
- Overtime - claimable, cap at 72hrs per mth.
Must be Flexible to work both Day and Night shifts.
Working hours are Mondays to Saturdays, Weekly alternating shift,
AM Shift 7.30AM to 7.00PM.
PM shift is 7.30PM to 7.00AM.
