Skylift Districentre (Pte) Ltd – Warehouse Assistant (Two Weeks Rotating Shift)

Skylift was established in 1977 with a focus on airfreight consolidation services. What started out as a 5-staff operations is currently operating with a staff strength of 80, meeting the supply chain needs of customers, by providing global inbound/outbound freight services, and in recent years, added warehouse distribution and inventory management in the stream of services offered.

• Working location: 38 Jalan Buroh, Level 7, Hankyu Hanshin Logistics Centre, Singapore 619504 (Boon Lay)
• Monthly basic salary: SGD1700-2000 (upto $1900 without forklift license).
• Allowance - Monthly $100 Transport. Daily shift AM $10 / PM $20 (AM shift allowance applies before 8am / PM half if half day)
• Overtime - claimable, cap at 72hrs per month
• Working hours may subject to change in view of operation needs.

Current Working Days: 5.5 day work week (88 hours per 2 weeks) Mondays to Saturdays (Alternate Saturdays)

Two Weeks alternating shift duties

AM shift 7.30am – 4:30pm

PM shift 7.30pm – 4:30am

Job Description

• Picking, packing and scanning of outbound stock as per picking order, update record as per Company procedure
• Receiving, verifying and scanning inbound stock as per purchase order, update record as per Company procedure
• Pre-inspect stock or packing condition prior to offloading/ outbound
• Perform system update
• Put-away
• Assist with shifting and stacking of physical shipments
• Check stock for shelf life/ expiry date
• Labelling of labels on products
• Preparation of documents
• Stock take, cycle count and manage inventory
• Perform other logistic/ warehouse operation as assign by superior

Qualification

Requirement:

• Must possess at least a Secondary School 'N' Level/ Higher academic in any field
• Good in English
• Computer literate
• Minimum 1 year in Logistic line
• Attributes: Sincere, courteous personality and willing to learn attitude. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
