- Job Description• Reconciliation of suppliers statement of accounts.• Prepare monthly payment• Checking and verifying suppliers costing• Sorting and Uploading of invoices to customers• Key and maintained foreign exchange rate in system• Ad-Hoc job as required by superior• Generating monthly report• Working location: 62 Ubi Road 1, #09-18 Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734• Basic salary SGD2000-SGD2200.00
Qualifications
Job Requirements• Good in Microsoft Excel skills• Must have fundamental accounting certificate• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting department• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters• Interpersonal Skills• Teamwork• Singaporeans onlyOther Information
