• Reconciliation of suppliers statement of accounts.
• Prepare monthly payment
• Checking and verifying suppliers costing
• Sorting and Uploading of invoices to customers
• Key and maintained foreign exchange rate in system
• Ad-Hoc job as required by superior
• Generating monthly report
• Working location: 62 Ubi Road 1, #09-18 Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734
• Basic salary SGD2000-SGD2200.00
 

Qualifications

Job Requirements
• Good in Microsoft Excel skills
• Must have fundamental accounting certificate
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting department
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
• Interpersonal Skills
• Teamwork
• Singaporeans only
