Sky Global Logistics Services Pte Ltd – Operations and Sales Executive

Sky Global Logistics Services provides 24/7 worldwide delivery services, such as On-Board Carrier (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), Air Chartered Services, and Customs Clearance Services. 

Responsibilities:

-Knowledge in import/export/transhipment procedures via air/sea/land customs facilities.

-To be the point-of-contact for Customers and Transporters.

-Coordinate and liaise with Customers, Airlines, and Agents.

-Responsible for tracking of Goods, and ensuring problems are resolved timely, so as to avoid delays.

-Able to seek alternative solutions or provide value-added services to our Customers, so as to ensure the Goods are timely and effectively delivered.

-Prepare, maintain and file the freight documentations accordingly.

-Creating new key accounts in Asia, and maintaining their relationships

-Other adhoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management from time-to-time.

Requirements:

-GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders

-IT Savvy

-Good communication skills

-Able to work on Weekends and PH due to operational exigencies.
