SK Realty Pte Ltd – Leasing Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing lease agreements and necessary documents.
• Coordinate, plan and schedule appointments with stakeholders.
• Liaise with tenants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Clerical duties and general administrative support.
• Carry out simple payments and invoicing.
• Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level/ A Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to travel to on-site locations 3-4 times a month.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Prior experience in Real Estate is not required but will be an added advantage.
