Full Stack Developer for Web-based CRM and Reward Redemption System

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the web-based CRM and reward redemption system using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces for the client, merchant, and super admin systems.
• Implement API endpoints for user registration, authentication, QR code scanning, wallet balance, transaction history, promotion management, and microsite creation.
• Design and create database schema for storing user data, transaction data, and promotion data.
• Integrate frontend and backend components to create a fully functional application.
• Develop additional features, such as QR code generation and scanning, email notification system, push notification system, social media integration, reviews and ratings system, and microsite creation and management.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely completion of development milestones.
• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the application works as expected and address any bugs or issues that arise during testing.
• Deploy and maintain the application in a suitable web hosting environment.
• Continuously monitor the application's performance, security, and user feedback to make improvements and updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web application projects.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Express, or Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with API development, RESTful principles, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
