- Job Description
1. Provides support to the Accounts Department
2. Accounts receivable functions such as processing invoices, keeping track of receivables and filing and updating of received records.
3. Accounts payable functions such as verification of invoices received, preparing payments observing credit terms and limits and filing and updating payment records.
4. Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
5. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change when required, however, the duties assigned with remain relevant to the accounting functions and advised by immediate superior(s).
