Job Description

By the end of the internship, the intern should be able to achieve the desired outcomes:

  • Identify relevant Learning and Development concepts which applies in the organisation
  • Demonstrate relevant Learning and Development competencies
  • Demonstrate awareness of the organisation’s business, customers, and stakeholders
  • Describe how the role delivers value and performance that contribute to the organisation’s mission and vision
  • Able to offer insights and suggestions to improve the HR/L&D practices that are feasible and aligned with business needs

Job Description

  • Coordinate and support the annual training needs analysis exercise
  • Coordinate and manage pre and post administration and logistics for all Talent Enablement workshops/activities
  • Coordinate Talent Enablement related payment and tracking of expenses
  • Design and develop engaging activities for talent enablement events
  • Promote and cultivate a learning culture
  • Conduct research to identify appropriate learning/training programmes/providers to provide effective and innovative solutions
  • Tech-savvy and keeps abreast of latest trends and tools in digital HR
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers through all forms of communication
  • Support the L&D team with any other ad-hoc activities
