Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to generate campaigns 

- Campaign management for sales chats on instant messaging platforms (eg. WhatsApp / Facebook messaging) or in-house web and app chats 

- Responsible for driving the success of chat campaigns by continuously improving the chat customer experience 

- Regular review of digital chat conversations aimed toward increasing success rates of future campaigns

- Analyse data and dashboards leveraging analytical tools like Power BI, Google analytics and live-engage chat engine 

- Support the initiation and planning of any projects and ensure technical feasibility. 

- Follow a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
