Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Perform a generalist function of HR support including recruitment, compensation & benefit administration and learning & development

Supports the reporting officer in strengthening the HR platform for effective delivery of HR solutions in order to build up high performance standards.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Training Administration

  1. Administer all training requests and registration from respective departments
  2. Apply, monitor and follow-up on applicable training grants/funding from the relevant agencies where necessary for better utilization of staff training budget.
  3. Manage post training documentation such as course evaluation, training reports and statistics
  4. Manage logistics for New Employee Orientation and other HR internal trainings

HR Operations

  1. Handle full spectrum of HR operations and administration processes pertaining to assigned departments’ needs
  2. Provide assistance to staff when they have queries with regards to JustLogin HR ePortal
  3. Support HR team with scheduling of interviews with potential candidates
  4. Accurate updating and managing of staff information in JustLogin HR ePortal

Project Management

  1. Manage and monitor timeline for projects (e.g. orientations, quarterly staff meetings, newsletter) to ensure on time completion
  2. Adjust project plan and communicate to stakeholders accordingly
  3. Provide reports of the activities, programmes, projects and events conducted for the staff including the statistics and post events recommendations
  4. Work closely with workgroups to embark on HR projects

Any Other Duties

  1. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management
