Incorporated in 2005, Singapore Medical Group (SMG) is a public-listed organization with a network of private specialist providers across diverse medical disciplines, and complementary diagnostic imaging and health screening services.
We are looking for a MarTech Executive Intern to support the marketing and technology team in managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
This role involves working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, helping to implement and monitor digital campaigns, manage marketing automation tools, and analyze campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is curious about digital marketing technology, data-driven campaigns, and automation tools, and is comfortable learning new platforms independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Technology Platform Support
- Assist in managing and maintaining marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Support integration between marketing tools and other digital systems
- Help monitor and ensure proper data flow between platforms
2. Digital Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and paid media
- Assist in setting up campaigns in marketing platforms and tracking performance
- Ensure marketing assets and content are properly deployed across platforms
3. Marketing Automation & Workflow Support
- Assist in setting up and maintaining marketing automation workflows
- Support the configuration of automated email journeys, lead nurturing flows, and campaign triggers
- Help maintain contact segmentation and marketing lists
4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs
- Help identify insights and opportunities to improve marketing performance
5. Data Management & CRM Support
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM records
- Help ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems
- Support lead tracking, data tagging, and segmentation activities

Required Skills & Tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels
- Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support content writing, campaign messaging, and marketing communications
- Familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting tools is a plus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn new platforms quickly
