Job Description

The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resource department in managing day-to-day HR functions across the group of clinics. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes within the healthcare industry, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening of resumes, and interview coordination 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees 
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files 
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation 
  • Support HR administrative duties such as leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and filing 
  • Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records 
  • Assist in payroll-related data entry and verification (if applicable) 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events 
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other HR-related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment 
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
  • Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 6 months
