Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist with recruitment activities, support our uniform project, and the maintenance of employee personnel files (P-Files). This role provides valuable hands-on experience in core HR operations and documentation processes.

1. Recruitment Support

  • Post job advertisements on job portals and internal platforms.
  • Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and compile findings for review.
  • Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate records.

2. Uniform Project Coordination

  • Collect employee uniform size data and maintain tracking sheets.
  • Assist with distribution of uniforms.
  • Maintain issuance records and support stock inventory checks.
  • Assist in drafting or updating uniform-related guidelines or policies.

3. Personnel File (P-File) Maintenance

  • Audit physical and digital P-Files to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • File missing documents and organize contents according to company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle employee data responsibly.

4. Learning programmes

  • Develop and design e-learning programmes for new joiners

5. General HR Support

  • Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing HR documents.
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in HR or Business
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
