Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) is Singapore''s premiere infocomm industry association. It comprises corporate members ranging from local startups to established MNCs. SiTF advocates for the ICM (Information, Communications and Media) industry, helps to accelerate the adoption ICM technology and promotes innovation.
SiTF works closely with various stakeholders to promote emerging technologies in areas such as Digital Media, Cloud Computing, Wireless, Security and Governance. SiTF also provide platforms to help members with opportunities to increase their market presence and business outreach
Among the flagship events initiated by SiTF are the infocomm Leaders Golf, SiTF Awards, SITEX and ICT Business Summit. Some of the Key initiatives include 123JumpStart (a Startup programme), SiTF Academy, Productivity and Productisation Programme Office (PPPO) and administering the ‘Infocomm Singapore’ brand.
SiTF is also working closely with its members, IDA and Smart Nation Programme Office (SNPO) to explore opportunities made possible by Smart Nation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support event management team in various events activities
o Sourcing and liaison with vendors
o Manage overall logistic arrangement for the events
o Prepare event administrative brief to participants
o Ensure events are successfully executed as planned and within the allocated budget
o Provide admin and onsite support for all events and supported exhibitions
o Consolidate survey responses and analyses data collected
o Ad-hoc duties assigned
Internship Period:
o October to December 2017 (extension are welcome)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing, Business study, Hospitality
- Possess good powerpoint and excel skills
- Comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment with different cultures
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
- Outgoing and likes to meet people
