Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) – Events & Membership Interns

SHRI is dedicated to providing outstanding services to our members and fostering a vibrant community. Our team is passionate about member engagement, and we are looking for a driven intern to assist with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in membership administration and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating the CRM database to ensure member information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the membership team in onboarding new members, including processing applications and maintaining records.
• Help analyse member data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Generate reports and provide insights to the management team on membership metrics and CRM performance.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the membership team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
