Singapore Delivery Services Pte Ltd – Business Development Intern

Singapore Delivery Services Pte Ltd (SDS) is a locally registered logistics enterprise that provides last-mile delivery services while creating employment opportunities for the disadvantaged and marginalised in the process. We hire and train locals to join our in-house team of drivers. Our goal is to grow our company while helping develop the community.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new target markets and prospecting new customers
• Identify and follow up promptly sales leads.
• Prepare and review quotations.
• Identify trends and market opportunities outside the mainstream B2C market.
• Work with the Sales Development Director in handling sales/marketing matters and initiatives.
• Attend to related adhoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Development Director.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma in any field.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy communicating and interacting with people
• Possess persuasive skills
• Immediate availability with at least 6 months commitment
