Singapore Cruise Centre – Marketing Communications Intern

Singapore Cruise Centre manages and operates 3 ferry terminals and 1 award-winning international cruise terminal in Singapore - HarbourFront Passenger Terminal, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal. With over 30 years in the business, SCCPL has honed both operational excellence and a deep knowledge of the cruise and ferry business.

1. Support for Change Management for New Terminal Move:

• Assist in preparing communications materials & coordinate with vendors and partners to distribute collaterals.
• Provide support in drafting scripts or storyboards for public facing videos and internal training materials as needed.
• Contribute to the planning and logistics of transition events or operational changes at terminals.
• Help gather feedback from passengers or staff during or after implementation to support continuous improvement.

2. Marketing support for the Destination Marketing function:

• Assist in marketing support for the Tourism marketing function on a dual reporting basis
• Role may entail taking on a coordination role to assist the destination marketing role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communications skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and / or Bahasa Malayu language proficiency would be an added bonus.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proficiency with Canva or similar tools and experience with video editing is a plus.
• Candidates with a background in graphic design and conversant in social media platforms would be at an advantage
• High energy team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong awareness of deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
