Job Description

Admin Assistant (Membership) - 6 months Temp

  • Assist the Membership Team with Members’ Nite and International Women’s Day Conference and Dinner preparation.
  • Handle enquiries, registration and payments for the above events.
  • Handle membership enquiries.
  • Update membership data by reaching out members, utilizing various approaches, such as phone outreach and emails.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.

Requirements:

  • GCE A-Level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Meticulous and with good customer service mindset.
  • Able to commit from 1 September 2023 to 29 February 2024.
