Job Description
  • Support full L&D function for the Society
  • Manage whole cycle of training administration including but not limited to, registration of courses, application and monitoring of funding grants, verify and processing of training invoices, coordinating in-house training courses, course evaluation, etc
  • Coordinate HR induction and site visits for new hires
  • Manage sponsorships and scholarships programs
  • Manage full cycle of internship attachments, including fulfilling requests, coordination with Hiring Managers and tertiary institutions, verification and payments to interns, etc
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of in-house Learning Management System
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor and management
  • Successful candidate will be stationed at our Corporate HQ Office in Middle Road

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Candidates with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training administration will be considered for Senior roles
  • Minimum 1 year in a Social Service Agency (SSA) or NGO preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiar with Employment Act and government-related claims process
  • Experience in NCSS, SkillsFuture, WSQ and other government funding applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

 

Work Schedule:

  • Mondays - Fridays
  • 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
