Job Description

· Stand in for other administrative staff

· Keep track of company’s assets such as, office and plant equipment, furniture, vehicle, machinery, keys

· Attend to computer matters (faulty, purchase etc)

· Maintenance of air conditioning in office

· Arrangement of pest control for office and production

· Application for licenses, permits and grants

· Renewal of licenses and certificates such as, Road Tax, Insurance, Vehicle Inspection, Licences and Permits, ISO, HACCP, BRC etc.

· Attend to SATS quotation

· Issuance of card access

· Attends complaints and enquiries from customers, vendors, verbally as well as via Correspondence

· Compute commission for staff and contractors

· Attend to legal matters (but not building or tenant issues)

· Check data entry (working hours) keyed in by Front desk staff

· Perform system back up during lunch time

· Stand in for Admin asst and other administrative staff that on leave

· Assist to answer incoming phone calls, open doors and receiving guests

· Stand in for customers Relation Officer

· Printing of payment advice, such as HPB, labels

· Issuing of invoices

· Other duties as and when required by Company
