Job Description

We have two open IT positions:

  1. IT Executive (JR) - salary $2.4k
  2. IT & Admin Executive (SHD) - salary up to $3.5k

1. Job Description for IT Executive (JR)

  • Salary: $2.4k
  • Setting up of laptops and emails for new staff.
  • Maintain email domains for the company.
  • To manage and provide support in IT services, telephone PDX system, internet, LAN networking and servers. This also includes the maintenance and upgrade of the existing systems when required.
  • To manage SAP / ERP system, servers’ security and daily backup operations.
  • To tap and leverage on the use of various types of technology platforms to improve the overall workflow of the company’s operations.
  • To provide support for the implementation of IT / special projects.

2. Job Description for IT & Admin Executive (SHD)

Salary: Up to $3.5k, depending on experience

Overall Job Objectives

  • To undertake and oversee the full spectrum of administrative and IT functions, building and leasing matters.
  • To control expenses and related costs so as to manage and reduce the costs for the company.

Administration

  • Provide office administrative and operational support.
  • To be in-charge of the procurement of office materials, stationary and equipment.
  • To oversee and coordinate the repair and servicing of office equipment, facilities, etc.
  • To handle the set-up of new desktops / laptops and to create the necessary ID and password for access.
  • To manage and liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure that the required work to be done is completed properly and efficiently. 

IT

  • To manage and provide support in IT services, telephone PDX system, internet, LAN networking and servers. This also includes the maintenance and upgrade of the existing systems when required.
  • To manage SAP / ERP system, servers’ security and daily backup operations.
  • To tap and leverage on the use of various types of technology platforms to improve the overall workflow of the company’s operations.
  • To provide support for the implementation of IT / special projects.

Building and Facilities

  • To manage the administration of company building and facility matters.
  • To manage all the various government body licensing and permit applications and submissions required to operate a food factory and to ensure that all the necessary license and permits are approved, renewed and updated accordingly. 
  • To oversee and manage the security requirements for the company building. This includes training and recruitment of security personnel and external fire alarm agency.
  • To oversee and manage all the company’s properties’ leasing management and maintenance services. This includes dealing with the tenants, establishing the tenancy agreement and liaising with the relevant authorities with regards to the building management.
  • To source, select and establish working relationships with suitable tenants for vacant units and properties.

Others

  • To manage and implement various E-commerce and digital media projects for the company. This includes sourcing for vendors, getting inputs from various departments, project implementation and to perform the role of updating the backend system when required.
  • To create an E-commerce ordering platform to integrate and merge various suppliers and/or vendors, to leverage on each other’s facilities so as to optimize the end consumer’s ordering experience. 
  • Support and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of ISO / FSSC22000 and others best practices together with the Production / R&D departments.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
