Responsibilities 

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone, email or in-person
• Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to cope with high volume of calls
