Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone, email or in-person
- Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to cope with high volume of calls
