Part Time Admin for Students
We are in Tamil industry, book publisher in tamil language so communicating in Tamil and English is a MUST to speak to customers
- Attend to queries of parents / students - shld know to read,write and communicate in tamil (tamil industry)
- Online order courier packing and related admin work
- Creating SOP and system for accounts and admin dept
- Hands-on training for other new onboarding all
- Customer service and admin related
- Warehouse packing, stock and daily stock maintenance
- Invoice generation of all vendors and all related
