Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment lifecycle, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal candidates
  • Initiate new projects to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create, build and maintain strategic talent-mapping, for potential passive candidates to fill current and prospective roles
  • Coordinate recruitment related activities that involves internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in related work and/or projects
  • Achieve holistic business understanding through collaborative efforts with local teams

Requirements

  • Able to commit to an internship full-time (minimally 4 months)
  • Able to start immediately (preferred)
  • Interested in starting a career in HR in a start-up environment, specifically in Recruiting
  • Passionate about People, Services and Culture
  • Self-driven, proactive with initiative to learn
  • Critical thinking with strong problem-solving mentality
  • Strong team player

Time Period
