Responsibilities:
- Support our talent acquisition team and hiring managers to drive the full-cycle recruitment process regionally from crafting job descriptions, candidate sourcing and selection, and interview coordination
- Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent
- Partner with multiple hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruitment efforts
- Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates
- Support our talent acquisition team with exciting employer branding initiatives
- Be a talent ambassador for ShopBack!
Requirements:
- A passion for recruitment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
