Job Description
WAREHOUSE OFFICER
We are currently looking for a person who enjoy hand-on tasks & is initiative on improvement project.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Section Head and Manager with daily logistics operations
- Ensure error-free shipment to subsidiaries and customers
- Liaise and coordinate with various subsidiaries on logistics issues
- Arrange purchase return for finished goods to related factories
- Management warehouse inventory
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g. Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS))
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or related
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT)
- Possess Forklift license, willing to do hand-on when needed
- Knowledge or experience in ASRS will be advantageous
- Possess the willingness to learn
- Own initiative to propose ideas for improvement/ enhancement
- Able to perform over-time when necessary
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
