Appointed as Regional Head Quarter to oversees 13 subsidaires in the S.E.A region. Shimano has grown into a full-fledged manufacturing plant with R&D, product design and engineering, cold forging , stamping, heat treatment, electro-plating and tooling fabrication capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating of CNC machining centre/ Milling machines and carry out simple editing of programs
• Able to interpret drawings and understand machining datum/tolerance
• Operate a group of 3 or more similar machines independently
• Ensure efficient machine run-time and achieve desired quality expectation of the parts
• Coordinate all relevant activities to ensure smooth flow of operations which include following daily task and adhoc jobs
• Carry out daily housekeeping in work area and ensure all equipment in proper condition

Job Requirements

• At least ITE in Mechanical Engineer or above
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Must have experience in related machining operation
• Able to perform overtime
• Able to perform rotating shift
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided
