In line with its efforts to elevate the travel retail experience to more than product purchases, The Shilla Duty Free has unveiled the first in the world beauty services loft this October 2015, a unique travel retail concept not found in any other airport in the world. The mezzanine level of the Terminal 3 Cosmetics and Perfumes Departure Central store offers beauty services from leading skincare and cosmetics brands such as Chanel, Dior and La Prairie. Passengers can opt for makeovers by Dior, and fragrance consultation by various fragrance brands such as Maison Margiela and Chloe Atelier.

Digital & Social Media Intern (3 to 6months)
The Marketing Intern (3 to 6 months Full Time role) will develop and execute digital marketing activities to drive traffic and sales conversion for Shilla’s omni-channel businesses.
E-Campaigns
- Planning and execution of digital marketing plans for Shilla and brand marketing campaigns
- Track and evaluate the performance of online media channels and campaigns and assess against business goals
- Execution of online advertising initiatives including optimisation and budget tracking
Content Development
- Develop digital marketing initiatives and content to grow Shilla database with key target audiences such as PRC, Singaporeans, and more
- Work with social media agencies, KOLs, and brands on campaign contents and posting
- On-site activation to support with digital and social content creation, such as filming, photography, hosting KOL, liaising with production companies.
Social Media Management
- Managing Shilla’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, Wechat & Weibo
- Social media listening and responding to customers’ comments on Shilla’s social platforms
- Keeping up to date with digital and social media trends
Other Ad hoc allocated Marcom tasks.
Non Degree holder - $800 stipend
