Our Corporate Office is situated within the office in Changi Airport Terminal 1.
We are searching for a replacement role for HR Assistant/ HR Administrator.
The role covers all administrative duties that supports our recruitment team. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this candidate will cover all admin duties to support the recruitment function which is inclusive but not limited to the list below:
- New Retail hire/ internship onboarding
- Uniform issuance/ order and replenishment
- Changi Airport Pass application
- HR Recruitment reporting
- Medical claims administration
The right candidate will need to be well versed with local retail industry happenings in Singapore. High proficiency in MS Excel and communications. Strengths in follow-up and multi tasking. Understanding of travel retail is an added advantage.
